Golfing Teddy Bo

Finally Friday!!! My son, Brian, has been waiting for this day for weeks to see the premiere of the movie Cars 2. I have to say I'm exited too, loved the first one and I can't wait to see the second part. So while I prepare for family movie night, I would like to share a card that I made for my hubby. He loves golf, so as soon as I found this Teddy Bo golfing stamp, I knew it was perfect for him!

This time the bright colors of the paper inspired me to color Teddy Bo. I really like the vivid orange and green paper combination, that's why I kept the card simple but striking!

So, for this card I used the Teddy Bo digital stamp, "Seven...I mean Four!". Copic markers used to color Teddy's fur: E37, E33, E31 and E50. Shorts and hat: YG11, YG13 and YG17. Shirt, shoes and golfing bag: C7, C5, C3 and C1. Pockets and suspenders: YR00, YR12, YR 15 and YR18. The gorgeous paper is from My Mind's Eye, So Sophie collection and the sentiment brad from Bravissimo.

It's party time with Birthday Tilda

Happy Wednesday! It's officially summer time and I'm ready for flip flops, sunblock, sunny days and warm summer sunsets. I love this time of year even though sometimes it gets really hot here in Florida. Summer colors are the inspiration for this card I made to celebrate my friend Juliana's birthday.
I also made a custom box to match the card. It protects the embellishments and makes the card more special.

For this card I used the Magnolia rubber stamp, Birthday Tilda. This lady is one of my favorites. I colored her with Copic markers. Skin: E000, E00, E02 and R20 for the cheeks. Hair: E37, E33, E31 and E50. Dress and Shoes: RV000, RV11, RV13, RV17, C5, C3, and C1. Cake: Y000, Y11 and Y15. The paper is from Making Memories, the flowers and pearls from Recollections and the ribbon is from American Crafts.
